Or maybe he should say it was only "divine intervention" that the Colts won. They didn't really beat the Jets. They just got all the breaks with Feeley's missed FG's and the injuries and the non-call on the roughing the passer penalty. Heard this logic all last week after the Jets beat SD.
Colts got 3 points when Scott, with a bum ankle, was 6" on the field of play when the action was 30 feet away. Had nothing to do with the play. I heard that before. So those 3 points were a gift to the Colts.
