http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/playoffs/2009/news/story?id=4852221 What are you thoughts? hopefully Braylon Edwards can get more open. Also the report says Adam Vinatieri is going to be sitting out.
I just checked a Colts forum, they are saying how this means that Jennings could play more. who seems like the Colts version of Drew Coleman. They are also saying it doesn't matter because you don't have to cover Edwards, man I cannot wait until his drop label goes away.
I wonder if there is a chance we will see Clowney active because of this injury. I doubt it but it is worth considering.
Hopefully braylon will catch whatever is thrown at him....I think TJ will have a big game tom...he is do for a big run.
Braylon has made big catches after big drops for us so far. Tomorrow that changes and he only makes BIG CATCHES-I feel them coming!
The coaching staff was hinting prior to the Chargers game that Braylon was gonna have a big game and then they've downplayed it this week. I think it's because they are gonna have Sanchez let a couple of deep balls fly towards Braylon attacking Indy's week secondary. I could see Braylon catching 2 TDs tomorrow.
Lacey doesn't suck, but having him on Cotchery would be nice. Cotch can handle a rookie with ease. He runs routes better than anyone on the Jets.
The Jets HAVE to throw it more tomorrow. Sure, they are a running team and will run prolly 70/30, but the pass will be available all day. I believe in Sanchez.
I don't think we should throw any more then usual, but I do hope our first 4 drives we don't only throw on 3rd and long like we do sometimes. That does not put Mark in a position to succeed,.
Thats what I am saying. Throw more on 1st and 2nd downs. Time for #6 to grow up. An 8 man box with a weak secondary? Come on Mark/Schotty!
I disagree about the throwing. We need to keep Manning off the field. Our highest chance to do that is by running. Lets not change our game just yet.
Yeah. Let's change it all up now that the Jets are one step from the Super Bowl. Let's start flinging it all over the field like the Buffalo game and get in a shootout with Manning. Come on. He is as grown up as a rookie QB can be. Stick with the formula that got them here.
Lol, you guys are slow. Second time this week I say something and it becomes a thread a day later. Braylon Edwards is an X-factor almost every game. He was an all-pro just a couple of years ago, only scored "sixteen" times (once on Revis).
