The jets are the #1 rush attack in the nfl. And easily have the best offensive line in the nfl (especially when it comes to rushing) And if I recall Sandiego completely shut down the jets ground attack in the first half, similar to how well indy held up vs the jets. In the end the jets ground game had 100 + yards vs both teams.
How did the team with the # 2 passing offense win 14 games in a row ? Could it be that they had the # 2 passing offense in the nfl ? How many games did the Giants win this season ? And they had the 3rd worst defense in the entire nfl
first off... i don't agree with the face that the colts defense isn't as good as the chargers, I think the colts defense is as good if not better than the Chargers defense, they bring a speed aspect to defense that the chargers do not. With that being said... the jets rushing attack gets better as the game goes on and they wear down the defense. You didn't get the full jets running game in the first half, and if you think your getting a good barometer for the jets running game by comparing it to the first half of the last meeting your in for a surprise on sunday. Look at the stats of how many big runs the jets break in the 2nd half compared to the first half... they break down the defensive line and find bigger holes in the second half of games
How many of those yards vs. the Colts came against our "B" team? And to your point of the SD game, given how average the Chargers are against the run, outside of the long TD run how come the Jets had such a difficult time running against the Chargers?
This might be true, but if you guys are down 14-17pts, you can't keep running the ball if you expect to get back into the game. So, either your D has to do something it could not do in the first game vs. us, or your QB has to do better in the passing game.

Jets had 67 rushing yards in the first half against indy (vs 50 against SD on sunday) Takes a while to get the ground game going, and the jets ended up in passing situations a few times due to a few bad penalties, and a stupid reverse to clowney. Indy is ranked 24th against the run, please dont pretend theyre an elite rushing defense. Indy wins games because of Peyton plain and simple.

Chris Johnson averaged almost 5 ypc (113 yards I think?) against the Colts. Ray Rice averaged over 5 YPC last week, and the ravens had over 100 rushing yards (and almost 300 passing yards from the lowly flacco) the first time they played. The Colts defense is not very good. Their 2 DEs, one safety are their great defensive players. Bracket is aight, outside of that none of them are good.
ha.... 113 yards in two games, so that is what like 65 yards per game? The Ravens finished with like what 68 total yards rushing, so exactly did they explode on the Colts? Keep thinking and hoping our D isn't that good, 15 other teams that played our "A" defense thought the same thing and all 15 loss. How many games did your might D lead your team to victory in? It was 11 right? And of those 11, 2 were in games vs. the B teams, so really you could say 9. Wow boy now is that a winning D or what
The Jets defense is overrated... It takes the offense all day to get a few first downs... Few possessions equal less yardage... Thats why running teams seem to have good defenses... With the Colts, we score faster than a virgin in a whore house and our defense has many possessions to defend... Much like the Dolphins game.... Which BTW we won...

Colts fans know they're the better team, so they can't get around the fact Jets fans think they can win. We're Jets fans. Of course, we think we can win. And we've proven we can beat good teams, we just did last week.
Ask the Chargers if our defense is overrated. If the Colts have that attitude like the Chargers did the Colts will score even less than what San Diego scored this week
Not entirely true. Gary Brackett is better right now than anyone on the Chargers defense. Watch some highlights and he is blowing up plays all over the field. Not to say we can't neutralize him with our terrific OL.
Umm.. you put up what in the 1st half in week 15 with all your starters in? And we actually had injuries to key guys in our secondary at the time. AND, we now have a game played against you and the game against the Ravens to watch and make adjustments. Don't think this will be a walk in the park bro.
