Ah yeah, you're right. Dittus and Mayone were real life friends, as far as I remember, hence I mixed them up.
Came here a couple of years after BP. This is full circle twice for me, 82 & 98. 16 & 11 year stretches. Talk about guarded emotions. I'm enjoying this to the fullest cause who knows?

Well said. Funny thing, most of the old guard don't post much anymore, myself included. But I come here every day, just as I have for the past 10 years, and I read what the best football posters on the internet think of this team.
Yeah I believe Turk moved to a newer message board software or newer severs cant remember but couldn't bring the old data with it. I remember some of the older posters putting up screen shots of the old board.
TGG deserves what we have coming, Jets fans deserve it. This has been one hell of a ride, it just seems like everything is working out too perfectly for it not to end in glory. I've thrown cautiously optimistic out the window and am in full excitement mode. There is no way we are losing on Sunday, none. Screw the Colts, screw Peyton Manning, it is our time to shine. Sunday is the start of one hell of a party that will continue until Feb 9th.
