I always said that when the Jets, one day went to the SB, I'd have to go to that game...

But, prices are crazy these days - NY in the SB would put the price way up there... i'M noT SPENDING $1,000.00 OR EVEN $500.00 to be at the game.

So, what would I do - I can't just have a bunch of wives and kids running around my house making the Super Bowl some get together where all non-football fans need something to do, As usual.....

I would need something SPECIAL - THIS WOULD BE HUGE - Maybe one of the biggest events of my life!!!!!!

It is Miami, Just being in the city would probably be NUTZ!!!!!!! Find a good bar and enjoy the festivities all week???? Sounds good.

    VEGAS???? Possibly?

Now that I think about it - What about the Championship game?????

Other than going somewhere with JETS FANS and making this a huge deal - The next best thing IMO, would be to go into Lockdown and watch it entirely by myself - I can't have people who don't watch football all around me saying stupid #### all night discussing commercials and such. It would drive me INSANE!!!!!

And screw any "Curse" someone might talk about -Rex and I don't believe in curses -

DARE TO DREAM.... MAKE YOUR JETS SUPER BOWL ITINERARY .... NOW!!!!!

Maybe GangGreen should get together and rent a hall - Members only - No Spouses or Riffraff. Open Bar - HUGE TV's everywhere.......

Whenever the Jets go to the big game, I'm going.

If I get tix, I get them. If I don't-I'm still going.

Get a big suite with ten of my bros with a big screen and rage the party..

If the Jets get into the superbowl I am going. I don't care if the ticket is $5000. It may be the one and only time I would ever go to the SB in my life.

I already prepped the wife for the sticker shock and she's agreed as long as we have the reserves to cover the ticket. So I have to watch my "P's & Q's" so I keep my reserve available.

I would absolutely sign on for a local Superbowl party with fellow TGGers, but only if my beloved Jets make it there.

    Especially Miami, huh?

Sounds like the way to go... Maybe fly in Thursday night.

How much do you think the tix would be on ebay? I'd spend 1000 for a ticket but I didnt think I could get one.

My wife doesn't see this coming at all..... I'll hold off on that until Sunday night, if need be...

She doesn't even realize how absolutely huge a Championship game would be....

It's all a pipe dream of course but, "IT"S OUT THERE"

The cheapest right now is about $1900
If the Jets make it you probably wouldn't see a ticket under $4000

If it ever happens. Not saying it will anytime soon...I would prefer to be in Manhattan cause the city would be raging if we actually won.

Probably watch with a group of hardcore Jets fans at one of the cities better sports bars. I can;t stand house super bowl parties with dumb women and casual at best football fans standing around asking "what's happening".

I think I would swing that. After waiting 40 yrs, I think I could justify the cost.

Here's an idea. The Jets are currently 7/1 underdogs on winning the AFC championship. Put $300 on the Jets, and if they win, you have $2100. That should be enough to buy a ticket to the super bowl. Of course, the downside is that you lose the $300 if the Jets don't make it to the super bowl, but that's about the best option you have.

I have done this myself, but got in at 18/1.

No way I would ever watch an important Jets game at a bar.

    That's just me.

Going to the Superbowl is garbage. Seriously. It's the worst game to attend. The way to go is to fly into the city it's being held in, but NOT go to the game. The viewing parties they hold on game day beat the hell out of actually going to the game.

I'm sure. Miami actually sounds like it would be a raging ass good time.

Of course, let's get to the AFC title game and win the fucker 1st.

Joe Pisano the first (my dad) , second (me), third (my son) and my brothers. A big screen, pizza, and a couch.

Oh yeah - and the JETS in a playoff game.

    ALL I NEED in LIFE!!!
