Why don't the SD fans steer clear of the Jets tailgate. You're better off pussyfooting your way over to the "Official Chargers Tailgate." Just follow the rendition of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" by Katharine McPhee. A lot of Charger fans tailgate in the section you guys have tried to claim. Better get your posse there by 8:45 AM or you'll have to find a new spot.

One would hope that at your home stadium there would be Charger fans tailgating in all sections??? All I was trying to suggest was that it may be much easier on your ears to go and listen to the sweet melodies of Katharine McPhee at the official Chargers Tailgate than having to hear true fans belting out :jets: all morning. I'm sure they have a Starbucks stand there and maybe even some couches and wi-fi for you to blog about your ideals.
Lots of people going to the tailgate without tickets, I'd be careful with your chants after noon or some of these "dainty" fans (ex-raider fans mind you, mostly Hispanic with prison records) will pay your group a visit. I don't condone it but we've become the Coliseum south. I'd be cautious of who's around before being too loud.
You can purchase VIP parking for $75 ahead of time, tailgating in those areas is much more subdued, but it does allow for late entry and quick exit. For general parking get there early.

An appreciation to everyone who came out there today. From the very beginning when the LA crew showed up in a huge bus, through the morning tailgate, through the game, staying at the stadium after the game, and most importantly coming back to G 3 at the end of the game was unbelievable. Best Jets game I've ever been to. Great job all around.

I think i had 15 or so sections staring at me when Green scored that touchdown. I couldn't control myself! Wish I would have been able to find you guys in G-3 but we partied with Sanchez's family. It was insane.
AMAZING TIME!!! Thanks to all who put together that sick tailgate in G3 it was unbelievable. A shout out to those sitting behind Jets bench...what a game...what a game! Here are a few pics from the tailgate/game.
