That is very true. Pretty sure he practices his high-fiving skills much more than taking a page from Weddle's tackling clinic handbook.
That would be called making a play. It changes games. You also didn't mention that if Gates didn't fumble a well thrown ball directly into the hands of a defender, who returned it creating excellent field position, late in the game, the game would have been nowhere near as close.
This is the list of guys who disapeered on Revis Island.... Andre Johnson 4-35 Randy Moss 4-24 Marques Colston 2-33 TO 1 -9 Mike Sims Walker 3- 39 1 TD Randy Moss 5-34 1 TD Steve Smith 1-5 TO 3 – 31 Antonio Bryant 2 -22 Roddy White 4 – 33 Reggie Wayne 3 -33 Ocho Cinco ZERO Ocho Cinco 2 -28 Don't take it personal Charger fans but I don't think VJ has Revis shaking in his cleats and after getting robbed of DPOY and reading his quotes if Rivers challenges him it's gonna be a great day for Revis Christ.
You just described the Charger version of Kerry Rhodes... what till you guys see what an overrated clown he is.
Those stats are actually false, the Sims-Walker TD was not on Revis, these are the real stats. Is he really? I have to say from what I've heard of him he does seem overrated. Or at least, he overrates himself.
He went from being a very underrated player to be a very overrated player in 2 seasons, I think the big contract he got ruined his work ethic and desire to put his body on the line. He has all the talent in the world but plays like a pussy.
Wow! That is a carbon copy of Antonio Cromartie - Our starting corner. Amazing in his first year, led the league in picks, picked Manning off 3 times in the playoffs, we thought he would become what Revis is now. Yet he now shys away from making tackles, it seems like hes just playing to avoid injury. Has so much athletic ability and talent. But just doesn't show up on the field. I mean he is a great corner, but it just seems like he could be so much more.
Yeah I remember that playoff game and that crazy 1 handed int Cromartie had, I thought he was going to be special after that.
Yeah right, best INT I've ever seen. To be fair, he is good, but I suppose I'm just comparing him to Revis this week, which makes him look like mud. Ugh, I cannot wait til Sunday. I don't know how I'm going to make it through the off-season.
The guy was on his way to becoming the NY version of Ed Reed and somehow banging Melyssa Ford and wanting to be on TV ruined his football career.
Might as well throw a Chargers jersey on him...our d is going to mirk the bolts up, gangland style. "click click click...band of lunatics..come out and playa..."
A lot of those games were single handidly lost by Sanchez. If we still had a healthy Favre, we'd be looking at 11 or 12 wins I think
Are you saying that Favre is not going to have 3-5 INT games? Now that's just crazy talk. San Diego delenda est.
A real confidence booster for your rookie heading to the Murph (Qualcomm) in front of 71,000 screaming Bolt fans rabid for their first NFL title.
Like he is ever going to see that. If he's reading fan forums at 1:10am, he is by no means taking full advantage of what it is like to be a starting quarterback in the New York metro area. San Diego delenda est.
