Please explain. Stafford was definitely nothing to write home about. His monster game came against an AWFUL Browns team. Besides that game, he was trash.

Stafford & Sanchez have similar numbers but I watched both Q/B's alot the main difference is Sanchez makes poor throwing decisions way more than Stafford...Stafford consistently threw over 200 yards for a lousy team...he was one of the few bright spots on that team before going down...

Stafford also didn't have the #1 rushing attack in the NFL, so throwing over 200 yards a game wasn't too hard for him, due to having to throw more. I'm not saying Sanchez is head and shoulders above Stafford, but I do believe Sanchez has more upside and has gained a lot of experience handling pressure this year. Stafford plays for a terrible team that had zero expectations. I just don't think we would be any better off in the playoffs with Stafford at QB. He would absolutely crumble....

If we had Stafford, Kellen Clemens would be starting this game. Oh, I forgot. In fantasy world, Stafford wouldn't have been injured, he would have thrown 50 touchdowns and the Jets would have won two Super Bowls by now. My bad. Pesky reality.
