Hey fellas, look I love the way Revis is playing as much as anybody and yes, I do think he is the NFL's DPOY, but I think you guys are going a little too far with worshiping him. He is a MAN - period. To place him on a cross and proclaim him as Revis Christ is a bit over the top. Not trying to start anything, I appreciate your enthusiasm, I just believe it needs to be dialed back a bit.

I don't know, he's a good corner and all, love having him on the Jets, but Revis Christ? seems a little too much for me, he's only a football player....just my opinion....
I'm pretty sure it's obvious that "Revis Christ" is a joke; a play on words since "Revis" sounds phonetically similar to "Jesus". If you honestly think that the people who would buy this shirt (including me) really worship him as an immortal deity than you seriously need to re-assess your cognitive abilities. Who would have ever known that TGG and the Bible had something in common; that they should not be translated literally. EDIT: (PC DISCLAIMER TO KEEP ME OUT OF DOO DOO) If any of you are fundamentalists and actually do translate the bible literally, you reserve that right and I am not disrespecting your beleifs. (But you still shouldn't translate TGG literally). EDIT #2: If any of you are TGG Fundamentalists and it is in the core of your spiritual beliefs to translate the Word of TGG literally , you reserve that right and I am not disrespecting your beliefs.
How about: Black shirt Front - the Revis Christ on the cross. Back - ESPN graphic (in Scik's sig) with: "YOU DO NOT THROW ON REVIS ISLAND."
Keep the development going. Also if you put Revis's face on the T could you be sued? Who cares? This is funny. Don't get all serious about this..people have made much more offensive and ridiculous shirts before.

I understand that people are playing the phonetic similarity, but it doesn't excuse it. I really wonder what Revis himself thinks about all this. Someone should twitter him and ask....
