I'm tempted to say "all of the above"......but Clemens isn't a malicious person......so I will go with Gholston....because he's the Jets' version of the Maytag Repairman on a King's salary.
kerry rhodes. no production and a fuckin primadonna douchebag. Thinks he's hot shit now. i doubt he thought he was hot shit when he got drafted in the late rounds and barely made the NFL. also has cost us games by missed tackles and blown coverage. He is a pure....fuckin.....douche. no other way to describe it I don't hate ghost...it's not his fault he got picked #6 overall and the rookie scale contracts are absolutely fuckin retarded. The guy works hard and says all the right things. I just don't know if he's an NFL player and that was something scouts should have recognized. Just a stupid pick on our part. it's not like he doesn't try. if he was a 3rd round draft choice no one would be talking shit about him I also don't hate kellen clemens although i think he sucks and always thought he sucked...at least he's a nice guy and has never caused the team problems. he's in a shitty situation (although that's his own fault) Schottenheimer pisses me off though. he'd be #2 on the list. he thinks he's so smart and such hot shit yet he's really not. He's an average coordinator at best and gets too cute with the playcalling for his own good. Why this guy thinks he deserves to be a head coach is beyond me...but hopefully he gets a HC job just to get the fuck out of here.

No brainer.. you cant hate a guy for not producing as a PRO athlete, he just didnt pan out to all the hype (ghost) How can you hate Clemens, has this kid every said anything negative.. ever? Then you add a coach? Listen people, Schotty calls the plays, he doesnt execute them...I coach high school baseball, when I give a hit and run and the kid swings through the ball and the runner gets pegged at 2nd.. Why hate the coach, he didnt swing the bat. Its Rhodes by far.. the guy talks shit, doesnt back it up and has a horrible attitude...
I don't hate any of them, but I never understood Gholston's problem. BTW I'm not ready to give up on Rhodes yet.
The only kind of player I'd advocate hate for is one who's slacking off, who has great talent but underachieves through his own lack of discipline and hard work, and who is overly brash and annoying with his personal life. It's not Gholston's fault that Tangini took him at #6, and I don't doubt that he's working hard, but just sucks. He's kind of an enigma, really, but if he'd been a 5th round pick, we'd have cut him and not thought about it again. Kellen Clemens, well, it's not his fault that he's the backup quarterback. I like him, not more than Sanchez, but think he's going to do better than you'll give him credit. Imagine how much it would suck to be him: finally get your shot, perform pretty well on a horrible team (3-5 as compared to Chad's 1-7), be in the driver's seat to start in 2008, when all of a sudden, in comes Favre. Then, in '09, you play just about as well as the rookie, but he gets the job ahead of you in camp, and you're getting few reps. How much confidence are you going to have? Why the hell would you hate Clemens? Then, Schottenheimer is the opposite of this: he's trying way too hard to diagram the "perfect" plays instead of just smashmouth football, running it up the middle. Let's not forget, though Sanchez has struggled, he's been improving lately, and we do have the #1 rush offense in the NFL. He's doing fine, if annoyingly so. But Kerry Rhodes went from All-Pro superstar to chump, hadn't met with his position coach in 8 months, runs his mouth, and blames everyone else for his lack of production. That's hateable. He's got as much talent as almost any safety in the NFL, but has played like a pussy. He's afraid to make the big hit, has been a step slow in coverage, and lost his own starting job to Eric Smith, who, despite his play against Carolina, is not an NFL starting safety. Fuck Kerry Rhodes, though he can still turn it all around.
KR by a long way for me--and its all about two things--the attitude and the regression in passion and quality play. I don't dislike Gholston, rather I just recognize that he was a wasted draft pick. My loathing of that pick is reserved for the FO/CS that made the decision. Schotty gets a bit too cute for comfort but I've thought his playcalling most of this season has been very good and that he's received an undeserved rap as a result of some horrible player decisions and execution.
