The CS doesn't trust him to make simple throws.........I don't know what's worse....Clemens going in for Sanchez....or the fact that Ainge didn't. Is Ainge really that bad?!
Ainge was inactive, guys. He was the emergency QB. The only way he gets in is if Clemens gets injured.
I believe it's a question of seniority here. Plain and simple. He has started before and Ainge hasn't, in the Pros at least. To come in cold for the 1st time with a lead in the 4th quarter would have been asking a lot out of Ainge.
Nope. I think the CS was hoping that Clemens could play just a lil bit since he is the "veteran qb" of the 4. As it turns out, should this situation arise again, you'd have to drug test Ryan if he puts Clemens in without hesitation.
hahah fair enough. Still I'm sticking to my guns with my opinion of KC. He started strong and the only big mistake he made was that fumble.. and "big" of course meaning the entire game/season almost flushed down the shitter.
Actually, I think as soon as the 4th quarter starts you are allowed to play your 3rd QB without repercussion
he made other mistakes.....like on the first series he was in...he decided to drop the "People's Elbow" in the pocket after the snap..... instead of attempting to make a play.
I know I'm late to the game but after this anyone who wants Kellen Clemens in there is a fucking idiot. That asshole cannot find a receiver down field. He has no feel for the pocket. He cannot see his check downs. He is a fucking waste of a uniform.
