The Jets will take down the Panthers, Bills, and Buccaneers to improve to (7-6). Mark my words boys.

Being down 24-0 and still hanging tough really impressed me today. This team is better than I thought that they were. If the Jets can do what I think they can do it will set up a showdown with the Falcons for playoff rights. Both teams could come in 7-6 and needing a win. If the Jets pull that off they could play a Colts team that already clinched homefield, get that win and finish the season with a Bengals team who is clearly beatable on the road with a loss to Oakland today. At (4-6) it is not over yet. It will be tough to get to (10-6) of course, but I believe they can get to (7-6). Then anything can happen. Also, I think Sanchez is getting better. The team just went into a tough game in New England today. If it was any other team I think the Jets would have had a great chance to bounce back. New England was too tough though.

    Thoughts?

All this game told me that the Patriots aren't as good as they were two years ago

Its kind of hard to predict 3 straight wins for a team that is 1-6 in its last 7. Could it happen? Sure but I wouldn't bet my life savings on it.

Yeah, they are not as good, I agree. Still came out strong and put the Jets in too big of a hole.

lol I'm tired of hearing about what the Jets should do. The last two months have been littered with wouldas, couldas and shouldas. If it wasn't for Jauron we'd be 0-3 against the Bills the last two years so that absolutely isn't a lock, neither are the other two though it is possible Delhomme and Freeman implode every bit as much as Sanchez.

I get feelings. They are usually correct. I felt we would get blown out and Sanchez would do horrible today and I was mostly right. I also feel the Jets will be able to beat Carolina, Buffalo and Tampa Bay to reach the (7-6) mark. Just my feeling right now.

You didn't have to be Nostradamus to predict that one, just about everyone had us losing big with good reason (mad Pats team after the way they lost last week and in Week 2, on the road, Sanchez going backwards in recent weeks and last but not least a healthy Welker this time around).

Most likely 6-7. I have a feeling we'll find a way to lose one of these games.

We will win just enough games to put us 1-2 draft positions away from what will prove to be both our greatest need and the best player coming out of the next draft. We will then panic and draft the defensive version of Browning Nagle.
