Its ok DW, we know we got our asses kicked out there today. Its ok to say it.

 

From one of two Patriot fans I can stomach...yet, I still cannot say congratulations...sorry DW

 

I thought the Jets defense did a pretty nice job at slowing down the Pats in the second half, and Moss was definitely a non-factor. Revis deserves credit for the way he handled that (in spite of the play where he blew it on Welker), it seemed like Moss was pretty much never open but they wanted to force it to him to make a statement anyways. That third down bomb to Moss with a minute left in the game was also unequivocally a giant "fuck you" to the Jets and Revis especially, which seemed unnecessary.

Should make fodder for good discussion next year though when they meet since I definitely think the Jets are headed in a positive direction despite how much this year has soured. The defense looked very good in the second half, and Sanchez made a few nice throws and I think has a decent chance of getting much better over the next few years. Add that with a few good drafts and they are poised to be one of the best teams in the AFC within a season or two, IMO.

Good post. Mostly agree. We have to nail our drafts though.

In the end, it doesn't matter as long as y'all have Brady+Moss+Welker. Those three will always make NE the team to beat in both the Division and Conference.

 

Its nice to see that not all Pats fans are bastards. Tell Tom to keep throwing Welker the ball, I need the points for my fantasy team.

In the name of class, congratulations, you guys obviously were the better team and better coached, but I still hate them. Not as much as Miami, however.
