Chambers? Seriously? Why? The Jets already have what, six WRs on the roster, and run mostly two WR sets. Is he going to replace Cotchery or Edwards?

 

When, in your sleep? He had a year when he was 12th in the league in receiving, hardly ever elite. Plus, even that was 4 years ago.

 

Maybe the Patriots sign him for vet minimum lol.

 

It would make more sense for the Pats to sign him.

Seriously. If the front office had concerns about re-signing Brad Smith, they're gone after yesterday's game.

I don't understand why this team would have much use for a 31 y/o washed up receiver. Did you stop to think and wonder why he was cut mid season? Obviously the Chargers think hes done, and quite frankly, I dont see this guy as being much of an upgrade over Clowney as our 3rd receiver. If we sign Chambers we take away playing time for Clowney and it will only stunt his growth as a receiver.
