    NO way they edited that....

Rex knows when his QB is in trouble.

You saw how he was pointing the the reciever right before Buffalo's TD pass (think it was to Evans) saying "we should be doubling" He has that defensive instinct ....but not his fault the players couldnt make the tackle.

Yea I wonder if the play didn't call for a double there but they failed to do it. Regardless he knew that shit was coming.

I hope we give Rex the keys for ten years like Pittsburgh did with Cowher. I'd gladly wait that long for a superbowl win if this guy was our HC. He's so entertaining, I love his press conferences too.

Did anyone see the Viking NFL film this week? They mic'd up Brad Childress and boy does he come across as a douche. He keeps talking to Adrian Peterson throughout the game about "The Heart of the champion." and other half baked inspirationals. It's hilarious because you can tell just by the look on AP's face that he thinking, god this guy is a dope. He reminds me of a school teacher that is totally out of sync with his class and all the kids just stare at him vacantly, kinda like my public school experience.

They aren't going to air him calling plays....

They just put these parts up for entertainment.

Rex has made some rookie mistakes as the rookie QB has too, but all in all I'm happy with him up to this point.

I don't think you're living on planet Earth if you think a rookie HC fielding a rookie QB is going to get fired after one season.

    Nice condescending know-nothing post, though.

to me he seems like he's not real sure of making decisions on his own.
Seems to ask the advice of his coaches a lot, as i saw him do with Schotty during the game.
I doubt if Belicheck asks his coaches for advice.

Maybe he will get more confident over time.

    why compare him to belichek?

what the fuck does that do for anyone?

Jon Gruden asked the guys in the coaches box if every offensive call he ever made was a good one out of habit. He has a SB ring and built the last great Raiders team.

You haven't been around long enough to see the cycle of life, Jets fan style? It's feast or famine. Three weeks ago, everyone here wanted to anoint the guy COY and now, "they better win or he's fired.":rofl:It's really hard to take 65-70 percent of the shit I read on this site seriously.

The guy has coached six fucking games. Six. You don't think he piques the brains of every coach on his staff?? Why even hire assistants? They lost the Buffalo game because of Schottenheimer, plain and simple. We should have ran the ball every god damn play. We have three RBs more than capable of doing so, and an O line that wants to play that way. Keep it Simple Stupid.
