    Hi there,

I know you guys must be feeling pretty bad now but think about this.

When my dolphins started 0-3, I felt exactly the same way. I had so many high expectations for my team knowing we had drafted two awesome corners and we had built one of the most expensive Offensive lines in the entire NFL. Therefore, I expected my team to play accordingly since we were one of the more aggressive teams as far as cap space is concerned.

The thing about you guys is, YOU ARE 3-3 as far as record is concerned and the division is still wide open. I think that this humbling experience was needed so your team and your coach can now go back and be more level-headed as far as expectations go.

Rex Ryan needs to stop talking about swag and whatever he knows about defense. Time to round up your players and get them all on one page and play like a team that wants to win, not think that they are better than anyone but start playing like they are.

I'll admit that i'm happy you are losing Jenkins at least until our game next week but all in all, I would say to calm down, let the team regroup and you'll see everything is going to be ok.

Yeah, if he's not the team MVP I'm not sure who is. And we have absolutely no quality depth behind him. Someone else here said it and I totally agree that the downfall of the 3-4 is how much it hinges on having an elite NT.

an elite NT/DT makes ANY defense that much more effective......

the veterans around here were screaming at edwards/bradway for years, especially in the beginning, for ignoring the DT/NT position.

once again DT/NT is a need next offseason. if KJ injury is surgical you cannot count on him to come back for camp.

That's part of the problem right there. Rex can't seem to shut up about a team that had accomplished nothing.

If you listened to him and guys like Kerry Rhodes, the 2009 NY Jets were the greatest thing since Lombardi's Packers.

Until you actually do something Rex, simply muzzle yourself and your team and start respecting your opponents. The Chargers went through the same damn thing. LT and co didn't know when to shutup and we kicked their arses each and every time we saw them because of it.

You beat us without Wes Welker and Brady at 55% of his true self, and our defense which was still a work in process. Note to all: The NE Patriots have a kick arse D, loaded with youth, athletism and speed. When you come to Foxboro, things are going to be quite different. Rex talks and talks about not kissing BB's rings, etc, etc, etc..........Keep talking Rex, it's just going to get uglier when you come to see us next month. We remember.

The title of this thread highlighted NO SMACK. Toto followed his title (almost). But, who rattled there zipper and brought you to the party?

  9. The problem w/ the people crying for this is they fail to ever provide a feasible solution for the back-up NT position. We can talk all day about how we need depth at NT...But the fact remains...it's an extremely difficult position to fill. Be happy we have 1 elite one in Jenkins...there just aren't alot of guys out there.

Wow, Brady was only 55%??....Didn't know that. What happened to the other 45% of him? Aren't all teams a "work in process" in week 2? STFU and stop making excuses.

How do you know Brady was at 55%? Is this some type of anime? Did you watch too much dragonball Z, Goku or random bad guy saying they only powered up to 30% of their power? Come on man, you just beat a terrible Titans team(sorry at this point in time there's no other way to put it). You also beat the cardinals in almost the same fashions and conditions last year and look how they went to the superbowl. Don't play all high and mighty, the jets owned Brady with their defensive scheme in their first game.
Get ready boy, the dolphins are coming for you in a few weeks.

Wow, you guys did excellent against an 0-6 team. Way to go.

PS- Your defense is bullshit, and you know it! Was your defense 55% too when Sanchez beat them?

It's not that man, it's that I know how it feels and in the end, it's still FOOTBALL, entertainment and a past-time. I know you guys feel for your team as strongly as I feel for mine. In the end we are all the same and we wish for our teams to do well.

I have my dolphins season tickets, I am in section 416 in row 2 and when I go to the games I don't go to wish that we hurt your players but I go to have a good time with my friend and my girlfriend. The fans around me cheering and for that one game we are all best friends when a single good play happens. Even if we lose, it's still a heck of an experience which I would not be able to enjoy had I stayed in the country where I was born.

The fins are coming to Foxboro, oh boy, oh no, that's a beatdown waiting to happen as is Fat Rex waddling himself into Gillette with all his cocky comments with him. (2-0) right there in the comfy comfines of Gillette waiting to happen.

Honestly, no smack here, have you seen the Patriots defense since the last time we faced you ? Our secondary is outstanding. Meriweather is playing as well as any safety in football right now and Darius Butler and Jonathan Wilhite are two young stud corners both really coming into their own. Mayo is back and the DLine is lookin fine. We are currently 3rd in the league in Points Against. It's a young defense that is improving with each game.

We will be there in the end, you guys know it.

It will be hilarious to hear your excuses if the Pats lose to the Jets again. That would be epic. LOL
