and there's the TD! Rice goes for 6. 20+ yard run after a long completion to Heap. Rice schooled one of the Vikings with a big stiff arm.
Otherwise, it'll just go on and on and on. Now, if I was in charge of making NFL rules, that play would have been a fumble. Players should maintain possession all the way to the ground after contact or until the whistle blows. I wish the ground was able to cause fumbles. Then we could see the headline, "Ground Awarded Game Ball" above "Caused Key Fumble in 20-17 win".
Uhhh... not that it matters for anything, but what was that flag for. Not much satisfaction in this game, but it was nice seeing and hearing Reggie Bush got popped there.
Otherwise it will go on and on? speaking of moving on with your life.... in other news, the Ravens scored. 17-10 Vikings.
Disappointing game for the Giants ends today. I don't know much about the Saints line, but they've dominated this game.
It makes sense. They struggle to fill it up against anyone, and this is the Rams. Favre to Rice for 63 yards on a slant. Short slant, long run.
That lady brought it into her body, your hands lady. Vikings fans obviously don't know how to deal with overthrown passes.
Saints DT jumped and they didn't call it. He clearly moved before any of the Giants. First down for Bradshaw anyway.
I think that does it. They actually did stop the Saints one time, and then the Giants turn it over. The Giants offense absolutely had to take advantage there.
Ravens just miss on a long bomb to the end zone, and then Mason can't secure a pass on third down that would've been a first down. Ravens punt, and the coverage team fail to down it inside the 5. A guy was there, but he just didn't get his hand on the ball to prevent it from going into the endzone.
