I don't think Gholston is good at all. What I do think is you are a douchebag keyboard commando. Looking back all you do is report on how bad Gholston is, as if it takes some sort of genius to know he isn't worth a top 6 pick. Now go flex your e muscles and screw your imaginary girlfriend.
I'm with you on this ATLJET guy being a bit over the top...but Gholston singlehandedly (yes, singlehandedly, by not playing his gap) gave up at least 2 or 3 10 yard runs
PJ4...I can dig it and appreciate it...but let it go...I vented, got it off my chest, time to move on to the 'Phins. I know what I saw in yesterdays game and it seems like the 'majority' is in my corner. I can go on and on about this, but evidently it's a sore subject for some and it's all good.
Yeah ... our other top 10 rookie, the one that won Rookie of the Week honors the last 3 weeks in a row .... Shit what a bust he is, not winning that honor EVERY week ....
I think he stinks...they ran inside of him and outside of him, he's gets blown away at the point of attack like a feather, too bad the NFL doesn't have minor leagues like baseball and hockey, send his rear down...
There was one play...i cannot remember when it happened, but Pierre Thomas ran for i think 11 yards and gholston literally stood up and watched as the offensive lineman was coming to block him. Terribad
it looked like his job was to contain the outside run on that play....if not then I don't know what the fuck he was doing I clearly recall the play you're talking about
yesterday was the first game i felt gholston was hurting us while on the field. without gholston to run at anymore i wonder what opposing offenses are gonna do
What the heck is wrong with some of you? The defense gave up 10 points, bringing up Gholston like he was some big negative factor yesterday is not only delussional but a disgrace.
Again, trying to excuse the piss-poor play of one player, just because the rest of the team excelled around him. Does that somehow negate the fact that he completely sucks balls?
I hope they line Gholston up on Jake Long this week and let him bullrush the shit out of him. I watched Long getting knocked on his ass by the bullrush a few times against the Colts and know he was having problems with it the week before.
In your very post is there an implication that he's capable of the bullrush on a professional level and has the technique to pull it off?
I'm at a loss for understanding two prevailing thoughts (or at least what seem to be prevailing thoughts) on this BB: 1. Why is it that saying some person or unit sucked or played a bad game is the equivalent of saying but for that person or unit, we would have won. Maybe I'm overlawyering this, but they seem like two fundamentally different concepts. And second, why is criticism of the team or any player viewed as taboo? They are paid significantly more than most of us combined will ever see in our lifetimes, and they are paid laregely due to our consumer dollars (whether it be buying their product, or simply the act of watching their games). Why should fans who are upset voice their opinion. And not retarded shit like "Start Clemens now!" But legitimate Gholston played like shit, Sanchez needs to stop staring down his receivers, Stuckey is not a solid #2 option, etc. I just don't get it. PS- Gholston sucks.
