Three questions related to the news that Fireman Ed is in lower level PSL end zone in new stadium. Question One - Did he get his seat for free in new stadium? Queston Two - Does he and his brother get two seats or one in new stadium? After all Ed is on his brother's shoulders. Question Three - Will the seat right behind Fireman Ed be sold at a discount? I would be mad if I spent 5k and couldn't see a damm thing.
This was already discussed in another thread, but, find out for yourselves. http://www.wfan.com/topic/play_window.php?audioType=Episode&audioId=4052894
Fireman RowOneJetFan Because I wanna know if I can have the job? Heck if I can keep my two front row sideline seats in new stadium for free I can wear a dam hat and sayl J! E! T! S! JETS JETS JETS The cheerleaders had to try out why can I try out to be Fireman Ed?
Fireman Ed didn't get anything for free. Future looks bleek as well. Knowing that, you can try to be Accountant RowOne all you want, just make sure you pay your PSL's. Those PSL's near the stadium cams are gonna be pretty expensive. Better save up dude.
The only thing I don't understand is why everyone thinks that PSL's are going to mean the crowd is going to be any less loud. It's as if rich people can't be huge Jet fans too and make noise. I am by no means in a position to buy a PSL of any kind, but just because you make more money Monday through Friday means you're going to sit on your hands Sunday and golf clap?
Bro- You have OCD or something with this row 1 thing. You're on crack or something if you think you're getting anything close to row 1 with 2009 seniority. Do you no think every single Jet fan would vie for the shot at leading the crowd. This is not an original thought, and please post about something else besides row1. Your Jersey thing, Psl Stuff, just be happy you can go!
Stop the Hate Why so many haters? Seriously get over it, he's good for the team. If I'm the J-E-T-S I give him and his brother free seats at the 50.
Fireman Ed I listened to call and Ed says he pays for PSLs himself and Jets pay him nothing. But then he said Jets will call him and say Pizzahut or something will pay him to be in a commercial as Fireman Ed and he gets paid for that. Therefore he uses that "pizza hut" money to buy his tickets. I passed NYC Fireman test, Worst part was full gear carring heavy dummy of huge ladder for speed. Saw some guy pass out. I turned down job as I took test during 1988 and by the time I got called in 1993 I had a better job. Does that quailify me! Plus I can eat pizza like Ed and I have a brother who is very tall so I can do a better job them him. I am going with my brother to the Bills game so Fireman Ed you betta watch out. BTW I am either buying a WoodHead Jersey, just waiting for that bootleg site to get back from vacation. If not I like a Sanchize Red Practice Jersey.
BTW if Jets keep winning when will they notify us about play-off tickets and how much do they cost? Do they jack the prices? ALso I guess I got to front the money by check. What a pain, I sold one of my pair of row one tickets and I guess I gotta hunt that guy down for money
Decemberish- I bought them last year but honestly I don't remember the price difference. I think they are set at the price for a non-season ticker holder so if it's a $80.00 ticket it's $120.00. I'm usually too excited about the Jets making the playoffs that I just blindly pay the bill, lol.
The amount of envy driven hatred driven at this guy is hilarious. He brings something to the table that the Jets see a value in. He provides a service to the Jets. If the Jets choose to compensate him, that's their business. The organization can do whatever it wants with its money. If you think PSL's are unfair don't pay them. The only way you can really effect any kind of change and get any kind of satisfaction is by not buying tickets. As long as people exist who are willing to pay the extraordinarily high costs associated with tickets, owners will charge it. That's how a market works. The price is determined by what people are willing to pay. -X-
Your are right!!! There are 79,999 of us and why don't we get a turn doing the cheer. Also Why does Ed get to stand on the shoulders? SHould his brother get a turn. I say if Ed's brother hurts his back he should sue the jets for workers comp. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All these people who hate on Fireman Ed are just jealous because they don't get attention.
