Oh great sages of emotion. Tell me how we should handle our team seeing some early success this year? Should I cry? Should I cheer? Fuck it, I am going to enjoy the season and each game. Fuck being a darksider. But please, those that want to, prepare for the end of the world. Me? I will be having a cold beer feeling good about my favorite football team, been doing it for 25 years now.
This is what I usually do. Except for this Sunday, I'm gonna' kick it down a notch on the beer. I usually don't remember watching the game after all is said and done; only the final score. I was pissed at myself for not remembering the Patriot game this past week.
You should realize how lucky you are that the Texans did not prepare properly for a Rex Ryan defense and that Wes Welker was out for New England. Otherwise, the Jets are 0-2 easy. Prepare for a huge failure vs. Tennessee. And the Saints? FORGET ABOUT IT! No chance! I think they play the Bengals this year, so 3 wins is possible, but don't get your hopes up!
You should be excited for the wins, but not so much that you fail to be fearful of every game. You should pray for this team to squeak out a win, but never win by so much that we become cocky and take winning for granted. You should hope that we play hard, but not TOO hard that we hurt someone's feelings. And you should hope that sideline shots reveal our players drinking Gatorade with one pinky in the air and applauding the other team's spirited play with a Bravo! or a Huzzah!

So you drink so much that you don't remember any details about the game? Sounds like a genius plan to me.
my wife said, when Sanchez was drafted, that you have to dare to dream. And that's what I'm doing. I mean, for real, I don't WANT to think about what horrible twist of fate is SURELY just around the corner. I'm daring to motherfucking dream, bitches.
Just think 1998. Ryan has the best attitude of any Jet's coach since Bill Parcells, and the players love playing for him just like they loved playing for Parcells.
Yeah but what is your wife dreaming about with Dirrty Sanch ? I'm on cloud nine, which is so funny , cause NO ONE else near me apart from my family have a F'n clue why I'm so pumped, which pumps me up even more.
