Coming off a big win and playing a team that is about as desperate as they come for a win right now, I'm a bit fearful of a letdown. I'll say this, if the Jets come out as prepared as they have so far this season, that will tell me a lot about the coaching staff and the chemistry of this football team.
i think we can shut them down just like last year. were a better team this year and without haynesworth there defense suffered a huge downgrade.
I don't think our offense is as on a roll as last year, but our defense along with the Titans lack of Haynesworth should give us the win. No one's got a crystal ball though, shit happens.
Why is an objective view at a tough NFL game not permitted here? There are no easy games in the NFL these days, and it's not like our offense is hitting on all cylinders. I love this team as much as anyone else but that doesn't mean I'm blinded by that excitement.
Why did I actually think this thread could start a serious discussion, I must have been out of my mind.
All Ryan has to do is lead on that Sanchez's tendonitis announced today is serious. Then BAM, down field play after down field play
I don't think there will be a letdown but I think Tennessee is a much better team then a lot of people here think they are,
Their roster, in terms of talent and skillset, is actually pretty similar to this team minus a young mobile QB and a space-eating monster nose tackle. The difference is the coaching philosophy and the team attitude.
I don't fear a letdown but I don't think this is an easy game at all. The Tits were the #1 seed in the AFC last year and could easily be 2-0 right now. If they beat us it will be because they're a very good team that outplayed us.
