Well I kind of saw yesterday coming. The offense looked fucking awful and yes, the Jets defense looks pretty fucking sick so far. Way too early to draw much into this game, as it's not that unforeseeable that the New England offense comes around while the Jets fall back to earth. The Jets did do a great job on their blitzes yesterday, but the Patriots offense just looked off in ways that weren't necessarily forced by good defense. There were a bunch of plays I can remember where a receiver was open and either A) dropped it (fuck you Joey Galloway), B) seemingly ran the wrong route ( fuck you Joey Galloway) or C) Brady just flat out missed his guy (Edleman in the flat for what should have been an easy touchdown comes to mind). Its early but it seems like we've found the two top teams that will compete in the AFC east this year.
Our RB's didn't cough up a ball yesterday. And you can argue all you want that his knee was down but you didn't see what the refs saw, so quit your whining.

Haha. I've seen him. One of my best friends is a diehard Pats fan from Southie. If he was so wonderful, he'd have certainly elevated past the other 4 shit backs on the roster. And if ANY of your RBs were as solid as EITHER Thomas Jones or Leon Washington, there might be more than a handful of running plays in the Pats offensive gameplan. Oh, and I love how you pull out the ONE area in which your RBs were better yesterday. Leon had one phantom fumble. Your backs had none. Congratulations on that huge victory.
