Jesus what a fucking mess, this online stuff is meant to be fun, all I hear and see is bickering and back stabbing. Really sorry for Scik in all of this. The fella has put alot of time and effort into making sure that everyone is catered for and instead of reading posts about great games etc... theres 60 pages of shit. Sorry Scik, this leagues well and truly broken and the best ting to do is wipe the slate and start over, but not let anymore people in. Apart from certain douchbag players that I've played against , THIS is why I quit.
If you like playing the cpu why didn't you start a off-line fanchise. Being in an on-line league means you wanna play other people. Thats the only way your gonna get better at this game.
I do that already. That's probably why u don't hear me complaning. Same thing can be said for the guys that wish they can play other people, just play a ranked online game. I still don't see what the big deal is.
I'm gonna drop out of the league as well. Too much lost interest. I'd be willing to join another if we have enough people in the same division(s).
I'm just gonna play who I'm supposed to play when I'm supposed to play them. I'll let others deal with the bickering/whinning/complaning aspect of this league. Scik, shoot me a PM when u guys have it figured out or when you need me to re-join another league.
My reason is, you picked a team. So stay with them. I can't have everyone switching teams mid season because either a) another team opened up. b) I dont like my team. or c) I like the NFC better. Im not trying to be dick, but you guys switching teams are making a mockery of this league, and I haven't put in a ton of time to make this work just for someone to try and implement their own rules.

to fill up holes. the more GM's the better. I have no problem with players joining early to mid season. Especially if they are legit and able to keep up with their games. Everyone knows its more fun to play a human instead of the CPU.
I dont know what the hell your problem is. Im not trying to be a dick. The rules are the rules and I wont stretch them for anyone without valid reason. You could easily had picked a team in the NFC if you wanted to play a human. You picked the Bills. Thats on you. I never was going to kick anyone out unless they refuse to go back to their original team. I put alot of effort into making this league work. The rules of this league are set up to create order. If you dont like my rules, you can leave. If you want to try and make this work the way we have been pushing for all along, please feel free to stay. I totally understand that ppl signed up to this league because they wanted to play others. But did they really believe we were gonna get 32 owners, all of whom would play their games on time and be readily and easily available to communicate with others on when to get the next game done? We knew ppl were gonna drop out. We knew people were gonna quit. We knew ppl were go missing for weeks. In order to keep things running smoothly they had to be let go. Otherwise, we'd all be sitting here waiting for Week 1 to finish because of 1 guy. Believe me. A lot more ppl would lose interest in faster, larger amounts. We tried that approach last year and it didn't work. This year Scik is taking a more pro-active approach. So sorry if the AFC is lacking owners, at least the league is moving forward. I, for one, applaud Scik for the work he's put into this. I think he's doing a terrific job.
Ok, this is the last I am going to say on the matter. I run this league with the intent to make it fair and fun for everyone. When everyone signed up, I sent them a PM or told them in one of these threads that they have to read the rules. If they didn't like them, they didn't have to join. Im not running this league like a fucking tyrant, im simply not letting anyone take advantage of the system. I understand that someone may want to change teams to play more humans. If you really want to change teams, you may do so at the end of the season. I will not stop you there. Mparty and Ace, we're all taking this in stride. If you guys dont like the rules, im sorry. You read them and you signed off on them when you joined the league. Im sorry, but thats the clear cut truth. You're problem is exactly that, so don't try and pin this one on me. I'll try my best to make the game deadlines, Scik.....but no promises.....I was serious about my plate being pretty full.

Scik, since MB is back to playing the Cards, is it a commissioner option to negate the game I played vrs. the computer so I can play MB instead? If not its cool.

The highest number of players this league has seen is 24. There were teams available in both the NFC and AFC.
