    What I'm wondering though, is, if he was wearing it, it would not be too serious, but if he wasn't......

    He was wearing the braces. DT fell into hid left knee, pushing it outwards. He was limping around for a minute, then left with the trainer. He wasn't limping when he went to the lockerroom, but you could tell he was favoring it a bit.

    Wow, tgg says he's out for the rest of training camp and preseason games, but will be ready for the regular season. Must be more than a little tweak. At least he should be ready for the season though. Maybe good for the backup to get more experience.

    Petro says he got it from Lieberfeld at Jets Confidential, but Ryan didn't say that. He specifically said "day to day" in today's presser. So I'm hoping Lieberfeld got it wrong.

    As for the backup to Mangold, I've always assumed that if he went down long-term, Woody would slide over to center, but that's just a hunch. I think Slausen also played some center in college.

    I think Hunter is filling in for right now. Thankfully for him he doesn't have to go against Jenkins yet!

    Leberfeld said he should miss the rest of 2 a days, I don't think there are many 2 a days left.
