    LMAO! Whaat?

Seriously, I'm laughing uncontrollably right now. This could be the most moronic post I've ever seen.

Shit, why don't we just get rid of the HoF altogether?

To show that being in the HOF is only something very few individulas can do without susperb talent around them. Since this discussion is about "the QB" than we need to look at what each QB had to work with and how they got their wins and SB titles. Afterall the HOF and SB titles are knitted titgthly together.

You have to be a superberly talented individula to achieve HOF status without a SB win under your belt. Most of the QB's on that list were surrounded by HOFers, only Marino on that list played his career wihtout Multiple HOF's and to this point Marino is the only HOF player on that ever to wear a Dolphins uni the same time Marino wore one.

Basically to get what Brady and Montana and Elway and Favre got...a SB win, you had to have the talent around you to get it. You can go back through the histroy of this game and find QB's with similar stats to the ones on that list and they aren't HOF because they didn't win the big games.

Look at how much better Dan Marino had to be than the rest of his his fellow QB's just to get to the HOF without a SB win. Marino owned nearly every passing record in the books, all by himself. Not Like Favre who has a few, or Manning who has a few, No Marino owned them all at one time. It's the only reason he's a HOF QB without a SB title. It's a very rare thing to have a HOF career as a QB without SB wins. It's why I said Brady's numbers alone weren't HOF type numbers add the SB titles and that changes his status. Brady was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time.

See if you can figure out what the sollowing names and Joe Montana have to do w/ each other: Freddie Solomion, Dwight Clark, Ricky Patton, Earl Cooper, Johnny Davis, Charle Young.

    What grade are you in?

Maybe if Marino had a little more faith in the people around him running the ball rather than audibling out of running plays to passing plays he might have lesser stats, but that SB ring. He didn't have much faith in those surrounding him. How many times did he audible to a running play? I don't have the stats, but as memory serves, it wasn't very often.

Great. Another year like the 50 out of 60 where we don't reach the playoffs.

    You are forgetting somebody.

Those who watched football when Dan Marino was in the first stage of his pro career know that from 1983-87 Marino received snaps from Dwight Stephenson. This particular player was the 1st team All-Pro center for those five seasons. He is arguably the greatest center to have played the game.

Take away the Wildcat (especially when they play the Patriots the 1st time around) but let them keep their stats for the year and the Dolphins don't win the Division.
