What? Maybe I'm reading that wrong. Brady was a very good QB but UP until 2007 not even close to a HOF QB. Okay so I take that to include the 2007 season when he threw for 50TD's. That's not HOF QB material? Or are you saying that SINCE 2007 he hasn't been HOF QB material? Because...he got his knee blown out for the 2008 season. At what point exactly did he stop playing like a HOF QB exactly? I apologize if I read that wrong in advance by the way or am interpreting what you wrote wrong.
thanks for clarifying. i figured he was losing track of what the hell he was talking about, so he switched to onions. makes sense.
You know, you can't take away someone's onions. You can pick your friends and you can pick your onions, but you shouldn't pick your friend's onions. That's just my opinion.
I did? I said Cassell did as well as a Brady? I think what I said was Cassell did well in that system, not as well as Brady.
I still can't get over how many Super Bowls Bill Belichick led the Cleveland Browns to. Man, that guy has a magic touch. [sniff, sniff] Does anyone else smell sarcasm?
Bill Belichick w/o Tom Brady(113 games, 7+seasons): 51-62 ONE playoff app ONE playoff win ZERO div titles two winning seasons 1-1 postseason record Bill Belichick WITH Tom Brady(111 games, 7+ seasons): 87-24 SIX playoff apps 14 playoff wins SIX div titles 7 winning seasons 14-3 postseason record
No what it means is Bradys numbers before 2007 weren't HOF numbers, but you start throwing 50 TD's in a season and suddely things change. Bradys numbers before 2007 avge, 3200 yards passin, and 22 TD's a season, not exactly HOF numbers.
riginally Posted by feelthepain View Post How, is it dumb? Have you seen him play for other teams? I think to ignore the fact that Matt Cassel came in and played as well as he did speaks voulmes about that system. To ignore that, is dumb.
Junc, it doesn't matter. It's HIS opinion. You can't make his opinion right if it's wrong or wrong if it's right. It's HIS opinion and it can't be changed. Almost like written in stone. Regardless of how much fact you throw at him. An opinion...once made...can never...ever be right, wrong, or changed.
