I agree. This would be more of a waste of time than it would be worth. He had loads of potential coming out of college but has not lived up to it.

Given his track record and bust label he would come cheap... he's a guy you bring into camp and see what he can do and if he turns out to be garbage...... bon voyage.
QFE! Worst thing that could happen is he doesn't mesh well in camp and we send him packing. We haven't got a lot to lose at the WR position. Don't get me wrong, I like J-Co and Clowney, but getting some proven talent with good speed would be hard to argue with. I forget when it was, either in his last year of NCAA fb or around the time he was being drafted, but I'm pretty sure I remember him claiming he was better than Fitz. Hah. That being said I wouldn't mind taking a shot on him, granted it were for cheap and that we'd cut his ass should he be fucking up.
Yep he really does. They have been talking about his potential for 5 years now. Every time he has one decent game it gets followed up by a half season worth of no-shows. This guy goes invisible for incredibly long amounts of time. Pass...
