I'll be pulling for the Jays this series. Push the Yankees back then the Rays can take em out when we play em.

lol, I've been a die hard fan since the Devil Ray days, just go ask people @ JI.Com...The fans that know best.

Have fun rooting for that team from Canada, the dog days of the summer will get to em.

Hey! Keep your trashtalk out of other teams' game threads. There won't be another warning. You're all over the Baseball Forum, and I thought I explained things well enough for you.

Seriously. Why do you want me to hate the Rays? I want to like the Rays, but you make me hate them.

Oh come on, let the kid have his fun, that's pretty weak beer for trash talk.

If anyone's going to trashtalk in a Yankees thread, it will be me. And I don't. Not unless it's a Boston-NYY series. But, Devil Rays comments in every baseball thread is contaminating this forum. THAT's primarily what the next banning will be about.

    But I gave a warning. We'll see where it goes. . . .

I'm really interested in the Burnett/Halladay matchup.

Halladay will get the W. Yankees won't hit.

should be a great pitcher's duel. I haven't watched any Yankee's games this year....does Burnett still throw that nasty 84mph curve ball? Man, he's got some great stuff. When he's on....he's tough.

Don't worry... I will be starting Halladay for my fantasy team in his game against the Yankees. There's no better way to ensure a pounding. :drunk:

I'll be going to the Jays game Saturday vs Chicago, hopefully they'll be sitting 8.5 games up on the Skanks.

Free tickets in a private box = win.

TBJs needs to preform thsi week fellas. If they win the series I think they are for real and will compete for the division, if they bomb or only take 1 game, I think it is still up in the air.

I know the Yankees are having a less than stellar season so far, but for the Jays it is a matter of performing when it counts the most, and this week is one of those major tests, primarily because of who the opponent is and what they can do on a good day.

By the way....A-rod is going to get it really bad this week from the fans...
