Why am I congratulating everybody? The entire thing is one big hose job for everyone. Look at 17a or Champ for example. Ticketholder longevity since 1977. Screwed into whatever seats they've been forced into. Front row uppers? Sorry! Already taken. How's that possible? Don't fucking ask. Even my own tickets... Section 227 in the Mezz since 1985. Been there 25 years... now relinquished to begging to get into any seats at all that are twice the fucking distance from the field at the same price or more. I'm pissed man. I am really fucking pissed.
So I guess its End Zone low or 10-30 high for me. Damm, I might do the end zone low. In the lower sections it sucks but in the uppers, at least you can see all the plays.
whats funny is the 2 sections that are prime in the old building use to cover 40-40 yard lines. now the new stadium being pushed back and up hundreds of feet,covers the 30-30 yard lines.the corner end zones are now even further back. they where able to add 5 more sections of upper deck space b/c of the spaced out lay out.
I just spoke with my rep, my seniority year is 86 and he said I'll probably hear back from them in July. I'm freaking pissed, he said the phone calls last about an hour and is taking longer then expected. If I don't get at least what we've had for over 20 years I'm done. 1981, 29 years sitting up in the upper deck, about the 5 yd. line in the sun, row 9. That's what I wanted at minimal. Now I am lucky if I get that in row 15. What a suck job. Sorry old timer from downstairs, I have been in the uppers for 29 years, I should have gone before lower level guys... Yeah I am bitter, but then again, I am sure you would rather stay downstairs then sit in gods counrty. All I know is, unlike 17a, who is full of crap, I can say goodbye when the messiah turns out to be a piece of shit or our fat tub of lard coach becomes another jet joke and I don't have to sell my PSL's and trust me, nobody is buying.

I think based on what has been posted here U better start thinking of row 30 or worse. My date is 05/12 & I will advise what I am offered for that date. U still have to go thru the 77s after my date then the 78. then the 79s & then the 80s & 81s that have seniority on U
A bit of sarcasm might be thrown in..... This process is starting to piss me off. I was defending them for a while but now I'm rethinking the whole mess. If they think Dirty Sanchez is going to effect PSL sales I think they're sorely mistaken. I don't think I've been confident about going into any season over the past 20 something years, and now getting my bank account raped and being told to keep waiting. I take the lowest seats I can get in the upper, regardless of location or this might be it. I am not sitting in row 15 in the end zone, no way. I hated the draft so this might the tipping point.
Please let me know what's the lowest rows available in the UD regardless of location if you could. Yeah. I would be pissed if I were you. You were basically screwed for sitting in the UD all these years while the lower guys were given first priority to sit back upstairs. Yeah, that make sense ass holes!!!
I agree with this statement. After the dust settles, you'll be able to buy just about any PSL you want, and probably for a good deal less than face value. Sounds ridiculous? Not at all. Divorces, failing businesses, forced bankruptcy sales, business partners who split up and want to liquidate, family illnesses, job transfers, etc., will all create an aftermarket for many of the PSLs currently being purchased. Let's not forget what happens if the Jets go into a dry spell... I'm talking 2 or 3 seasons with records below 6-10 and no playoffs. Watch what happens to today's enthusiasm if Mark Saviorez winds up being a so-so QB or blows out his ACL. My prediction is, for a variety of reasons, you're going to see a hell of a lot of these PSLs currently being bought on the market come 2011. A lot of these purchases are emotionally charged buys being made by people with stars in their eyes. It's like it's the last chance they'll ever get to go to a live Jets game. After all the smoke clears and they realize what the hell they've done and run into some difficulties, it's to the eBay board we go: 4 JETS PSLs AVAILABLE ~ SECTION 203, ROW 8 ~ NO REASONABLE OFFER REFUSED ~ NO RESERVE!
There'll be a whole new wave of ticket scalping the likes of which any of us has ever seen before... electronic PSL scalping! It's a whole new market. They won't even have to leave the comfort of their computers. I'm talking guys buying those 4 Section 203 PSLs for $9650 on Stubhub (original cost: $16,000), then reselling them on eBay for $12,300.
I will. The NYJs decided that in THO a LD seat was "better" seat then a Mezz & a Mezz seat was also a better seat then a UD seat which is how they organized the priority of seniority
