Issue with Thomas Jones

I'm comfortable with what I see in Greene. I'd like Jones to stay around, but if not, oh well. And fuck Edge. I'd rather bring Curtis Martin back with-out knees then to sign Edge.

 

I am going to start considering a TGG vacation. 2 and half months of ho-hum threads may be more than I can handle.

Jones is in a tough spot right now. Especially if the kid lites it up in TC. He's already seen how other public contract battles with MT has worked out so I have a feeling he's betting his AFC Rushing title against his age and the new kid on the block. Jones might lose big on this if he's not careful. Lucky for him MT doesn't stockpile picks..

he lost the mother of 4 of us children to Lieukemia about a week and a half ago, she was only 30. he's probably going to sit out the year to take care of his kids and focus on the family.

There were rumors before and after the draft that the Jets and Mangini talked about a straight up trade of Jones for Edwards.... I can't imagine even Mangini is that stupid but if the Jets could pull that off I would do so in a heartbeat.
