Sanchez, Greene & Schotty 9:30 Tonight On Sny!!! 9:30 PM Tonight on SNY Greg Buttle, Rich Cimini, Steve Overmyer and Brian Custer welcome Mark Sanchez in studio, and sit down with Shonn Greene and Brian Schottenheimer out in Florham Park. This is the place to wrap up Gang Green's 2009 Draft. Check it out! J - E - T - S!!!
They talked to Sanchez. He said he's really happy he's a Jet and that it's not often that someone gets drafted by the team they really want to go to. He thought that the Redskins may make a big move to get him. He said he would love to be the opening day starter, but he knows he has his work out for him. He's talked to Clemens since the draft and said Clemens is a really nice, genuine guy. He's happy that there is a big Hispanic population in NY and called it an added bonus. Sanchez was wearing a suit and a Jets hat (the draft hat I believe). He said he loves the facilities and he is a hard worker and a "gym rat", and will be working out at the facilities a lot. You can tell he will be a good leader Shonn Green Interview- Green talked about how he was ineligible to play for Iowa and then went to a community college to pick up his grades. He sees himself as an every down back that can come in and compete for playing time. He said he's really thankful that the Jets selected him and that the Jets must know that he has a lot of talent if they traded up so much for him. He talks really quietly and doesn't sound like the brightest person in the world, although he doesn't sound like an idiot or anything. All three hosts said that this draft depends on how good Sanchez is. If he turns out to be the real deal, this will be the best draft in Jet history
