I was there at the Pro Day for Rutgers covering it for rutgers radio and the Jets had three scouts there including Terry Bradway. I was actually standing about 3 feet behind Bradway when the WRs were working out while he was talking to a Rutgers coach trying to listen in, but he was whispering.

True, Miami would be terrible, too. Buffalo would be bearable but not preferable.

I know we have alot of RU fans on this site, but still, if the Jets were to draft Britt @ 17... I would lose it.

He's a solid player but he's not a top 20 talent in this years draft.

Just look @ these highlights... He's a clone of Jericho Cotchery and I love Jericho but I feel the Jets need an explosive WR, someone who can make things happen after the catch and thats the #1 reason why I dream of Percy Harvin as a Jet, with Britt...We wouldnt be getting that and if you ask me...He takes WAY to many big hits from Safetys and in the NFL, thats not a good sign.

I just think Britt would be so much more awsome if he wore an eyepatch. How cool would that be? Everytime he scores a TD he could yell out Yarrrrrrrr!!!! It would be so catchy that everytime he caught a pass the crowd at the Meadowlands would yell out yarrrrrrr bringing memories of the Toooooooon that would come from the diehards everytime Al Toon caught a pass.

If this isnt trolling then theres no such thing. It figures a twit like yourself would troll and hijack a thread where men are talking football.

Have you ever heard of Wesley Walker? He was blind in one eye and he is the greatest WR this team has had in the 25+ years I've been following this team. Funny in the 5 years I've been posting here I think this is the 1st time I've ever been accused of trolling.

I believe most of us are thinking Round 2, if he's there.

    Here's my favorite Britt clip:

It's from the Louisville game this year, the day before my birthday... We were demolishing them, and we put Britt in at safety... He lit the guy up. Student section went nuts.

AT the 3 minute mark he out runs the entire USF secondary. Players from FL are supposed to fast, maybe Britt deserves to be a first rounder.

Second! If we can get a hold of Mike Tannebaum's phone number I'll personally make sure that "Kenny Britt" is the only phrase he will be able to say until pick #18.

You couldnt be more wrong... Im not even a Gators fan but I know one thing and one thing only when it comes down to Percy Harvin, this kid can make plays and make plays with the best of em (On the college level) And I really believe he can be and will be an impact player (On the NFL Level)

I've seen this kid simply destroy opposing Defenses over the past three years and it's like...No matter where he lines up, opposing coaches and players cant stop this guy. One thing is for sure, if the Jets land Harvin, Coaches will have to game plan for this kid because he's a game-changer and a game-breaker waiting to happen- He's simply an explosive player once he has the ball and as far as Tebow goes... He's not the greatest QB in the world, doesnt make the best throws and thats the reason why I would love to see Harvin with a REAL NFL QB leading the way.

As far as Britt goes...He's a talent and if we were to land him in the 2nd round I would be really excited, just not with the 17th overall pick.

Now call me crazy, I'm not sure the Jets would ever draft a WR with our 1st two picks, but just say we landed Harvin AND Britt with our 1st two picks, lol...We would be set @ WR for YEARS to come with Jericho, Harvin, Britt and Stucky with Keller as our pass catching TE.

Yep. Although I'd still rather him at 17 than Harvin.

I'm not crazy about Britt, definitely not in round 1. He's just not as good an actual receiver as one would think based on his size and speed, and that's very off-putting to me. I'd rather have Harvin or DHB if we're picking a WR in the first round (assuming that Maclin is gone.)

That video is awesome. I'd wouldn't mind taking Britt at 17 if Maclin is gone already.
