I guess his defensive schemes game in and game out didn't impress you?
He looked like a genius during his time in Baltimore, whether the defense was good before he got there or whether their going to be good after his departure - he schematically had a great defensive mind, put his guys in positions to make plays and uses his knowledge so his defense is very unpredictable.
