This thread is hilarious. Even more hilarious is the fact that it led to the eventual removal of the thread to the NFL forum. I'm pretty sure Namath news would be acceptably posted in the Jets forum, correct? And yet, he finished his career out of New York. Oh, and to address an anticipated retort: No, I am not comparing Coles to Namath.
They were both free agents. Coles still is. Coles going to Cincy, how does that become a Jet related? Just because we 'might' sign him back? Thats if he comes back for couple mils. We'd sign Warner if he was to come here for two mil, what so special about this whining prick? He's not a Jet and he visit a team not called the Jets...its not Jet related. As for Haynesworth, its a terrible comparison to say the least. Sarcasm of course if you didn't notice it. Haynesworth news was as related to the Jets as Coles news is right now... They are both not on the Jets team and we have expressed no interest lately of signing him.

The update girl on Total Access just said "Laveranues Coles may be regretting his decision to leave $6million on the table as he left Cincinnati without a cntract." Damn LC...6 million is 6 million...It would of been your contract year, and if you could of contributed and played without an attitude, you easily could've gotten a 3year contract from someone when you're 32... Had a chance to show what you have in a contract year, a contract year you were slated to make 6 million from!
