Are we signing this guy or is Bart Scott's diva attitude preventing us with negotiations with anyone else?

Nothing much is going to happen until they get Scott signed or he goes back to Baltimore. Whatever plan B and C are will have to wait.

If leonhard thinks he (with his set of skills) can play hard ball with the Jets or any team in the league, he'll be selling cars come this September.

Yep, his agent will surely accept the first contract thrown at him, irrespective of the terms.

NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports free agent Jim Leonhard is scheduled to visit the Jets on Saturday.

The Jets have been the most likely scenario all along, with Rex Ryan raiding his former team. Bart Scott is already on board, and Corey Ivy visited on Friday.

I'm one of the bigger Leonhard supporters here. I really believe he's an upcoming safety and I hope we can get him cheap.
