The part I bolded explains why Piazza was so pissed when Mota hit him a year later. I remember it clearly, it was built up over a year. That doesn't necessarily implicate Piazza as being a roid user because he lost his temper over that. Not when he played 15 years and lost his temper once.

That wasn't roid rage, it was built up frustration after this guy fucked with him a year ago. Mota was a punk bitch and a juicer at that. I remember the whole situation pretty well.

Is it any coincidence that the Dodgers had one of the best 8th inning 9th inning combos in recent memory when they had Mota and Gagne. Of course both are cheats and used the juice.
