Depressing (NFL Season over)

    I always get depressed at the end of football season. After the Pro Bowl ends, no football till July.

    Well we have the combine, then free agency, then the draft, then mini-camp... June has nothing though.

    June has electric football. Always buzzing. Never knowin' where it's goin'. Wait a second, June doesn't have that at all! Get that camera out of my face!

    I don't notice the doldrums until the middle of May to the end of July, the period after the draft and before the camps open up. Two and a half months of sheer boredom.

    It starts for me right now and does not end until training camp starts. Free Agency and the draft is fun, but not the same as live action. Less stressful though. :)

    This is still not too bad, at least we have the draft, the worst is post draft, those are painful months

    The only shitty time of the year, football-wise for me, is from Jun 1 to the start of Training Camp.

    We get to see how FA plays out...and the draft. Through all of that, we have the NHL playoffs and Major League Baseball to entertain us.

    All is not lost fellas. But if you're not a hockey or baseball fan.... life will suck for the next 7 months :sad:

    We have the combine, Free Agency, the draft, players getting cut and things like that.

    And pitchers and catchers report this week. Although that has nothing to do with football. Lets go Mets.
