Bomb from Brees to end the first half.

    14-10 NFC.

I tuned in after the Lakers game to see the AFC try to make a game of it. Wow.

But that's weak by the AFC. Single coverage on Fitzgerald? You have to try at least a little bit, right?

The rules they apply on defenses in the Pro Bowl are so strict it's not surprising the receivers are just running free out there. Nonetheless it was a great play by Fitzgerald.

Am i the only one who thinks he easily could have done that in the superbowl had the refs not been stupid about it?

yeah, I got the conferences confused.

The team Fitzgerald is playing for got a TD to narrow the margin.

Were the refs covering Fitzgerald in the Super Bowl, or did they make him tie his left foot to his right hand?

I think he means the Warner play which was ruled a fumble and not reviewed.

Incomplete pass means that play could've happened and won the game.

Maybe that is it... he wasn't real clear. Fitz still had a pretty good SB performance overall, his team just came up short one score.

Yeah, that was a suck call at the end. I felt it should have been an incomplete pass too. That is what happens when it gets left in the refs hands.. doesn't always turn out as you think it should.
