Favre and Clemens get rid of them both. Go into training camp with Ratliff,Ainge and proven veteran. (Vick included if out of jail)...:eek:hmy:

You are bitching about Favre being selfish, yet you suggest replace him with the dog fighter. Vick is a selfish prick, not to mention not really a QB.

I don't expect the Jets to cut him. Woodhead thinks he's the PSL savior.

I am so close to giving up on football....

A dog fighter that got caught rephrase that. Who the hell cares what the guy does off the field. I dont. Plus he will have served his time for his crime.

With woody, the cap issues don't matter, his selling record amounts of Favre jerseys.

Anyone who was going to buy a Favre jersey already did. It's time to get some Ratliff jersies sold now.

Agreed. Maybe if we had had a great year with Favre and people were excited to see him play another year, but the way this season ended it's hard to believe that people are going to be running out to buy Favre merchandise if he ends up staying. I certainly won't be.

I would say the vast majority of people care what players do off the field.

Many NFL players have issues some off the field some on. Like I said Vick commited a crime and is serving the time. When released why not give him a second chance. Im sure many here have some kind of criminal history in their respective backgrounds. Im not saying Vick is a model citizen or what he did was right.

Agree or Disagree its the TRUTH.

Well Tanny did tell him not to even think about football for 3-4 weeks. I'm guessing Favre tells him he's done at that point, but if not I'm sure Tanny has a deadline in mind. I'm confident Tanny will nip this in the bud if it comes down to it with either cutting or restructuring his contract. You better believe he has a plan for the cap.

Favre is about a 75% chance of retiring. If he plays at all, you can bet your ass it'll be with Childress in Minny.
