Old Brett Farve was done as a good QB that is why GB let him go to NY.

No wonder why, Washington hits the holes with much more acceleration, when we need it most. I will admit Jones looks super near the goal line and that it a big plus. Not everyone will agree with you..and or me. I think he wore down like the rest of the team kinda did.

favre, had no offseason, training, conditioning, practice e.c.t.

mark my words now, if favre comes back, and has a full offseason, he will have a great year.

That makes no sense. If the Packers have a better QB this year, shouldn't they be in the Superbowl?

I doubt he will be coming back but If he does get himself in shape and work hard. He is better than anyone else we have or can get. The sad thing is we are not really a young team. Built to win now.

The only winner in the QB triad of Favre, Rodgers, Pennintgton was the fins.

Conference Strength has something to do with it as well. Wanna compare the AFC East to the NFC North?

Did they play the 0-16 Lions twice?

The failure of the Jets season is based on several factors.

Can we mention again this team was essentially formed in a few months and melded together? We got trigger happy with the Favre trade and failed miserably by drafting Gholston in fear of the Patriots draft strategies.

After we lost at San Diego, we would've been happy with a 9-7 finish.
I think it is coaching at multiple phases of the organization. We all know that Don Sutton has failed in his installation of his 3-4 defense.

Mike Westhoff has had an undisciplined unit all year(Leon's TDs were a result of individual ability alot of the time.) Who remembers how god awful our special teams unit was against Buffalo a few weeks back?

I could go on and on about the offense. How about on the 3rd and 2 in the 2nd half of tonight's game that we go into the shotgun with a quarterback who isn't completing 50% of his passes. Line it up into I-form and pound it with the Pro Bowler. At least we would've been looking at a possible 4th and short had we not of converted it.

How do you go 0-3 out West? Well its quite simply coaching. If you can't get your players, professional athletes, inspired to go out to Seattle or San Fran. or Oakland and get a win well then you belong in the lower rung of the NFL. I lay this solely on the shoulders of Eric Mangini.

Look, I absolutely give Favre his share of the blame, but to make him the prime culprit is just ridiculous.

What makes you think the Lions go 0-16 if they played the Jets twice this year?

So, it is a biphasic coaching problem within the organization. We have tried to mimic the Patriots. Lets take the Miami divisional win as an example. Miami did something innovative, they hired a no name coach, played inspired with a veteran quarterback and created a dynamic new formation. This is the team that has won the division. I am tired of the Patriot mimicry.
