His favorite line is "It's A Process" Practice is a process Hard work is a process the draft is a process Learning the offense is a process Learning the defense is a Process Special teams is a Process Communication is a process Coordinating travel is a process Getting Better is a Process
Actually guys, the last few weeks Mangini has switched from saying Process to sayings Its a function of.
Haha oh man, here comes the Coach jargon mockery. Between this and the gutless gameplans, it's de ja Herm.
It's not Mangini, you have all overated this team. They do not hit hard on D, arm tackle and we have an old man at QB. The worst thing was getting Favre because all the expectations went sky high. What if we had Chad? You would blame it on him, like last year. This team is not complete yet. We are two years away IF we get a good young QB, a deep threat for him to throw to, a new DC..you don't like his press conference or personality. yeah, Billy B., Parcells and coughlin are all charming to.
At least when Herm was here. He got this team to win on the west coast during the regular season & the playoffs.
Oh listening to WFAN this afternoon Joe & Evan were in for Francesa. They played his press conference & Mangini actually said he had this team thinking Dolphins before Seahawks when practicing before the game this past Sunday. ARE YOU FUCK'EN KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What the hell are you doing looking ahead of the schedule when this game was more important at that moment than the Dolphins. You never look ahead of your schedule and now this genious that had the chance to take the playoff position all by himself has screwed this team from doing the deed all on their own. Now we have to hope either the Bills beat the Pats or the Jags beat the Ravens so the Jets can try and win the damn game against the Fins to have any chance at a playoff spot.
LOL with Mangini though, he's too technical, over thinking and making it into an analytical process fit for an accountant. Reporters: So coach, would you say the game plan was ineffective? Mangini: It's a function of the process. In order to achieve the ultimate goal, we have to refine the process, over and over again. Today we didn't refine the process... *drifts into la-la land*
I think we should wheel out Teddy Atlas again for more of that motivation that got us our four wins last year. Or, just boxing stories in general would be real helpful now. Too cold for barbecues. Maybe we could bring in a big cake, or something. Anything to make these guys feel special and loved. grumblegrumblemumblegrumblemumble
