Is it me, or does our D completely sucking coincide with the signing of Ty Law and subsequent benching of Dwight Lowery?

Of course yesterday he was back to his, covering 10 yards off the receiver BS.

Not really, It coincides more with
    -Us rushing 3
    -Wearing down Jenx
    -Failing to blitz
    -Vanilla D
-Showing the blitz when we actually do.

    Exactly.

Law was a mistake, but Lowery did nothing to make him the certain starter either.

It was a desparation move, and it did not work.

The funny thing about Law is, whenever he appears on the screen it makes me go "Oh yeah, I'd forgotten we had him". He does not seem like a Jets player to me and I don't think I've ever had that sense of alienation with a Jet player before.

Getting Law was just another chapter in Mangini's obsession with the Pats. Guy is old and useless and was signed too late to get up to speed. If they wanted him so much why didn't they get him earlier?

Anyway, I think the OP asked the wrong question. The right question is did BF's performance go to crap after Mangini gave him the Don't Bet on 21 speech?
