I made one of your pics my avatar, I hope you don't mind. I hope you don't mind my minor adjustments either.
Nice pics Sciko I went there in 1980 for a baseball game. I was only 11 at the time but I do remember it looking pretty crappy way back then.
I might have a better picture for that. If I find one, Ill post it. I took like 90 something pictures today, before it died. I thought the battery was charged.
Awsome pictures man. I was sitting right behind the Jets benches, and I tried to get some shots capturing just how pissed Thomas Jones looked during the fourth quarter. Seriously, the man looked like he was tallying in his head how many asses he was about to beat. Unfortunately, my phone camera sucks so I captured nothing. And you know who didn't look pissed at all? Brett Favre. I don't know, maybe it is a function of having played so many games by this point, but in our games he seems to have the same demeanor and expression on the sideline no matter the circumstances. And by the way, I got to see Kris Jenkins standing directly in front of me far more than I would have liked. Why in damnation did our team keep its best player off the field so much? I can understand concerns about his size & conditioning, but really, 3rd and 3 in the 2nd half of a December game, and he's off the field? Seriously?
not sure the exact model, but it was a Sony Cybershot, I think. Again, no zoom. I was a few feet away from Jenkins, just like Gholston. Only difference was that when VG was in front of us, there was no one around us at all. I think he was trying to flex them muscles for my gf, lol.
I know someone who knows someone that works for the 49ers. Thats pretty much it. She told me she could get me some passes, I said hell yea. A few days later they were in my hands.
I totally disagree with you. I thought it was a pretty nice stadium. The only complaint I had is there were no jumblethrons like most stadiums have these days. My seats/sightlines were A++. I hardly had to walk to get back to the car. A quick & easy getaway from the stadium was another ++. All in all except for watching the Niners make our team look like a Pop Warner team I had a quite nice experience at Candlestick. Also where I was the Niner fans were also very classy even though there team was sticking it to us big time
I would appreciate you advising us how looking at pix takes the sting out of what occurred yesterday @ Candlestick?
Just appreciated the great pics. Yesterday was just horrible for Jets fans. I do not think this team is going to the playoffs anymore. Do you?
Nine, what section were you in Champ? I was in sec. 10, the direction the Jets were going in the 1st and 4th quarters. I was right near the 10 yard line, so anything away from there had a shitty sight line. Not to mention the numerous assholes that were standing in the aisles until I rudely told one of them to, "Either find your seat or get the hell out of the way. I'm not paying to stare at your back."
