Wrong. If he was physcially able to keep his car under control, especially while driving at a higher speed, then he has a tolerance to driving while high, meaning he was used to doing it. Someone who isnt used to driving high will have difficulty keeping their car under control.

He's right though, you can't develop a tolerance to driving high. Unless you completely bug out, pot makes you drive more conservatively.

Police said Ellis was arrested after he was found to be in possession of marijuana during the traffic stop. He also was issued motor vehicle summonses for driving without insurance, speeding, failure to keep right, and failure to produce a valid registration card. Where are you guys reading that he was "high" or was charged with "driving under the influence"? I'm willing to bet if he had his proper paperwork, he would have skirted away with a ticket. He has never tested positive in a drug test so I am thinking he gets a slap on the wrist from the Jets and Mangini. Crisis averted. Just lots of banter.
i have never understood how these high paid athletes get caught with this stuff. ellis makes a shitload of money and im sure he has a decent amount of friends. if i was in that situation first off i wouldn't be driving with the stuff in my car. i would wait till i got to my big ass house to smoke. and second if i was leaving the house with weed i would be paying one of my friends to hold that shit.
