Robertson deal will yield slim pickings

    He's gets paid millions of dollars to play football, I wouldn't feel to bad for him.

    I'm no cap expert, but didn't we save a huge cap hit by trading him? I'm pretty sure you take a cap hit when releasing a player, but I don't think you get the same "penalty" when trading them. And with D-Rob's huge contract, I assume his cap hit would have been decently large...

    I'm almost certain the cap hit when you trade a player is the same as the hit when you release him.
