I'm sure the Bills and Pats fans were singing the same tune. What's funny is that you can come here and beat your chest like a wild ape all you want without a care in the world because if the Jets do win you'll never show your smug face here again. How convenient.

Actually, I would make one final post, congratulating the Jets on the victory, and then never post here again. Unless we meet in the playoffs, or maybe next year.

These compelling arguments have really changed my mind about the Titans. I think the Jets are going to lose by 24 pts come sunday.

How could I have been so blind? I let my fandom get in the way and did not see them objectively.

    Silly Me.

His entire argument seems to be, the Jets lost to the Raiders, Favre will throw 3-4 picks, the Titans don't turn the ball over, the Titans cannot lose at home.

Indeed, if Favre throws 3-4 INTs the Jets lose.

If the Jets are indeed a division winner that means the Raiders game has nothing to do with nothing. Home field is nice and all but that doesn't guarantee anything.

In other words, the game comes down to turnovers. I don't think anyone disagrees with that.

i know, but the argument is so detailed and he's really selling me on the Titans......

I watch and I don't see a machine on the field like last year with the Patriots, I don't see a legendary QB in Manning winning 13 games in a row with his leadership and poise. I see a team of very talented players beating up on teams they have to beat up on who slowly but surely are being figured out with each team that plays them. They do things old school, run it down your throat, play tough Defense. Ok, good - but that doesn't get a perfect season. The Jets are the first team they will play with firepower and a chip on their shoulder.

If the pieces of the puzzle that Green Bay, Chicago, and Jacksonville laid out are picked up and put together for 4 quarters. This team can be beat by 3 or 4 pts.

If they aren't gameplanned for correctly - the Jets will lose by 7.

Will you really come back though?

I think you may be in for a rude awakening my friend, especially in your last two games of the season prior to the playoffs.
