With our luck... We know we can stop the run. We have to put pressure on Collins, make him 'come back to earth' so to speak.
Trust me, even some analysts on ESPN Radio are picking the jets. A lot of people are really buying into them right now, and they feel although there is no way Favre is going to keep not throwing picks, that your seeing his comfort level with the entire offense is at a level where you have to wonder if anyone but their own coaching staff can stop them. Defensively, they think a good QB can tear us apart, but our offense can make up for it.
This game is going to be about toughness in the trenches. Field position is going to be key and both teams have great Special Teams units. I really don't see a clear avantage for either team right now.
Every team is beatable. Fact is, nobody's beat them yet, and there is a reason for that. They don't make mistakes. They don't turn the ball over, and their defense is just plain nasty. At home, I would have to say it is VERY unlikely they will lose.
This whole "Revis Christ" thing is a little out of hand. If your drinking you need to cut back, and if your not drinking you should start.
Have you accepted Revis Christ as the Jets personal savior? I have a brochure for you...it can change your life.
your argument is so compelling that I must agree completely. The talking points you used are concrete, and cannot be rebutted. Good debate.
Hopefully you disappear after Sunday like the Fins, Pats, and Bills fans have. When the Jets win you won't have the balls to come back, just like the rest.
I have the same feeling. What they've done is impressive, but I just don't see them as all that powerful. The steelers D is far more scary.
I dont think you can really make this argument. Haynesworth is the best 4-3 DT in the NFL this year, Jenkins is the best 3-4 NT in the NFL right now. 2 different positions, apples and oranges. Revis and Finnegan are clearly both going to be great cb's in the league for a long time. But at this point, both have fairly even stats. both have 4 ints this year, Revis has a TD. i believe Revis has 10 more tackles, but i do not know for sure. Both guys have opponents QBs throwing away from them. So I say we just let the best cb shut down his side of the field on sunday. also even if finnegan and haynesworth are clearly leaps and bounds better than their Jets counterparts (which btw, I do not believe is the case) it takes a team to win a game, and on sunday we will know which team had the better day.
No team that lost to the Raiders is gonna come to Nashville, and beat the Titans. You guys are living in a fantasy land right now. How many teams fans wouldn't come back after to your fan forum after Sundays? As far as the Titans fan forums, I can name 10 this year. Well, 11 come Sunday around 4:15pm EDT I will be feeding crow immediately after the game ends. Hope you're hungry guys.
