The New York Jets signed DE Trevor Pryce, who was waived on Wednesday by the Baltimore Ravens, to a 1-year deal. Pryce ranks third in sacks among active players but has only one tackle this season. The 35-year-old has not started any of Baltimore's three games. Pryce started his career in Denver where he spent the first 9 seasons. He joined the Ravens in 2006 and recorded 13.0 sacks in that season.
The Gang Green could definitely use some help on their defensive line. NT Kris Jenkins is lost for the season, while LB Calvin Pace, the primary pass-rusher, hasn't played a game this season due to an injury.
Meanwhile, it looks like rookie CB Kyle Wilson will be moved back to the nickel spot and CB Drew Coleman will start in CB Darrelle Revis' place. Wilson struggled on Sunday against the Dolphins, while Coleman had a pretty good game and came up with the game-clinching interception.
