Contradicting the previous report, WFAN radio has just reported that the Jets have not spoken with Bill Cowher yet and Cowher has not made any demands regarding his control over the team. The Gang Green are also going to meet with Marty Schottenheimer and Giants defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo.
Also, the Jets expect QB Brett Favre to make a decision on whether he will return next season by the Scouting Combine, which is on February 18-24.
