According to the official NY Jets website, the Gang Green have re-signed OT Anthony Clement, who started in all 16 games for the Jets last year.
Clement, 30, is a 10-year veteran who has played in 112 NFL games (91 starts). He started his professional career with the Cardinals (7 seasons), then played one season for the 49ers, and finally joined the Jets last year. The Gang Green apparently wanted to replace Clement, as reportedly they were interested in OT Marc Colombo. However, when the latter re-signed with the Cowboys, Clement remained the best available option.
The terms of Clement's new contract are not known at this time. We sure will post them as soon as they become available.
